We have just had a full days work clearing trees from the front and rear of our property including two large >8m palms, poinciana tree > 8m and gum >12m with stump grinding. The team from treeworx were utterly professional, friendly and easy to deal with. The work was completed under time with clean up and consideration for neighbours. They turned up on time and had all the equipment required - this coupled with the experience of the team meant it was an efficient and safe process. The gap was narrow and the access limited - They were able to bring the tree down without damaging our property or the garden surrounding the tree. Would love to say something that has not been said already but obviously we are not the only customers who had a great experience. Michael and his team were fantastic and far exceeded our expectations. Everyone showed up on time but none of us realised it was a public holiday in our area for the EKKA which meant they could not make noise til 8am instead of 7am. Wife and I assumed they would wait the hour but Michael and his team got stuck into it with handsaws. The team was very efficient, friendly and made it look easy. Once they were done, they cleaned up so well it looked better than when they started. Would not hesitate in recommending Brisbane Treeworx for any size job.

This morning we had the professional & personable team from Brisbane Treeworx - Michael, Dougal, Benjamin, Steve & Julio - remove a very large, diseased Boab tree as well as taking off a couple of metres of canopy from 4 Moreton Bay figs next to our pool. My site was not an easy site to access and the tress being removed were in poor condition. The team arrived on time, completed the job as quoted, ensured the property and the neighboring property was clear of all debris and left as they found it. This is the first time I have used the Treeworx team to trim a tree but it wont be the last time. Apart from being a very competitive quote (which was great, of course!), the team were just a great bunch of people - hard-working, efficient, professional. Dougal was the lead on the day and he is really easy to talk to, happy to answer questions, kept me apprised of what was happening and even took the time to cut out a little bit of the stump for my 4 year old to use as a seat. Treeworx was recommended to me by a certified arborist and also by a neighbour who had a poinciana pruned.I was able to personally see the very careful job that had been done on the poinciana. Michael came within a day or so of when I first phoned to give a quote and the quote was emailed the next day. The price was very reasonable. I had to wait about 3 months because they are heavily booked. That gives an indication of how popular they are. A team of 5 men did quite a large job in half a day. Three gum trees close to the house required tree climbing and careful lowering of the removed branches to avoid damage to my brand new roof (replaced after damage from a tree branch). Thank you Dougal and all the friendly and hardworking team members.I have no hesitation in highly recommending this company to do a careful job.
